SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (before tax) within Canada. 


All orders ship via Canada Post and are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders are shipped on weekdays only, as our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays. Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Standard Shipping (Orders under $50):
$10 — BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days once shipped

$20 — NB, PEI, NL, NS
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days once shipped

IMPORTANT NOTE: Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary based on product availability and shipping conditions.



LOCAL DELIVERY


Need your order fast? We have partnered with Wyngit to offer SAME DAY/NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Order placed after 8am will be next business day delivery. 

  • $9.99 for all orders under $49.99
    • $3.99 for all orders over $50

We are open Monday to Friday. All local deliveries received after 8am on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. 

We will do our best to provide you with same day delivery but cannot guarantee as there can be shipping delays that are out of our control. Allow up to 2 days to receive your package. Delivery availability is dependent on stock availability, we will notify you if your order is delayed. 

Local Delivery is only available in select areas of BC - VIEW MAP



INSTORE PICKUP


Save on shipping and time by selecting in-store pickup at checkout (available at select locations). Orders typically take up to 2 business days to process, and you’ll receive a confirmation email when ready. Out of stock products may take an additional 2–5 business days to allow transfer.

Do not pick up before receiving the ready-for-pickup email. Bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID to pick up. Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification, or they will be cancelled and a store credit issued.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be confirmed the next business day.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In-store pickup is not available on holidays, peak days, or for select products, including clearance, beauty offers, and online-only promotions/gifts. Cancellations will receive a store credit.



SHIPPING FAQ


📦 ORDER TRACKING

Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email directly from Canada Post with tracking information. Click on the link provided in this email to track your package. Please note it may take up to 48hrs for your tracking number to be activated after your order has been processed.



LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Track status shows as Delivered
If the Track status of your letter or parcel shows as Delivered, but the item has not been received, click here. Zennkai Salon is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages.  All claims must be made with 3 days of delivery confirmation. 

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please submit a ticket with Canada Post below. Once a ticket has been submitted, please email zennkai@megahairfamily.com with your ticket number and we’ll assist with opening a carrier investigation

Submit a ticket with Canada Post, once you have submitted the ticket please email us at zennkai@megahairfamily.com with the reference number provided. We will then follow up with Canada Post. Please note this process is taking longer then usual, allow 10-12 business days for a resolution. 

Damaged Orders
Please report damaged items within 7 days of delivery. Email our online support team with photos of the damage and your order number. We are not held responsible for any damaged or leaked product after 7 days of delivery. 


📍 ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders cannot be edited or cancelled once placed to it is imperative all information is accurate before checking out.


Orders requiring reshipment due to address errors may be subject to a $10 reshipping fee



⚠️ UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If your package is unclaimed and returned to our warehouse we reserve the right to deduct $10 for shipping costs incurred from store credit


🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we ship within Canada only




RETURNS


You are responsible your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Return all orders to 310-5491 REGENT ST, BURNABY BC V5C 4H4
