      SHIPPING TIMES AND DELIVERIES


      We offer free regular Canada Post Shipping on a purchase of $50 or more before applicable taxes across Canada. 


      For all orders in Canada we offer the following shipping options with Canada Post. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days* of the order being placed. Please note we are closed on weekends and holidays. DUE TO HIGHER VOLUME OF ORDERS, ORDERS MAY TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME TO PROCESS. 


      • Expedited Canada Post (excluding weekends and holidays) - $10 (BC,AB,SK,MB,ON,QC)
        • 3-7 Business Days*
      • Expedited Canada Post (excluding weekends and holidays) - $20 (NB,PEI,NL,NS) 
        • 5-10 Business Days*

      My mail item has a tracking number but wasn’t delivered: What can I do?

      Track status shows as Delivered
      If the Track status of your letter or parcel shows as Delivered, but the item has not been received, click here.

      Zennkai Salon is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages.  All claims must be made with 3 days of delivery confirmation. 

      Mail item has not arrived by the expected date
      Use the Track tool from Canada Post to see its status.

      My package is lost, what can I do?

      If your package has been lost or stolen it is important that you submit a ticket with Canada Post first in order for us to ensure that it can be resolved. We are not re

      Submit a ticket with Canada Post, once you have submitted the ticket please email us at zennkai@megahairfamily.com with the reference number provided. We will then follow up with Canada Post. Please note this process is taking longer then usual, allow 10-12 business days for a resolution. 

      My package has arrived damaged or the products have leaked, what do I do? 

      Please send us a email within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage or leaked product. Email us at zennkai@megahairfamily.com. 

      We are not held responsible for any damaged or leaked product after 7 days of delivery. 

      Package has been sent back to our warehouse due to being unclaimed by purchaser .

      If your package is unclaimed and returned to our warehouse we reserve the right to deduct $10 for shipping cost incurred from store credit. 

      LOCAL DELIVERY


      Need your order fast? We have partnered with Wyngit to offer SAME DAY/NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Order placed after 8am will be next business day delivery. 

      • $9.99 for all orders under $49.99
        • $3.99 for all orders over $50.00

      We are open Monday to Friday. All local deliveries received after 8am on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. 

      We will do our best to provide you with same day delivery but cannot guarantee as there can be shipping delays that are out of our control. Allow up to 2 days to receive your package. Delivery availability is dependent on stock availability, we will notify you if your order is delayed.

      INSTORE PICKUP


      Save on shipping and time by choosing instore pickup, available for select locations only. Prior to checkout select instore pick up, choose your pick up location on the cart page. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. A confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for pick-up. Due to high volume, there may be an additional 2-5 business day delay if an order needs to be transferred in from another location. Bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID to pick up your order. Please do not pick up until AFTER you receive your ready for pick-up confirmation email.  All  instore pick up orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving a notification that the order is ready for pick up or else they are considered abandoned. Abandoned orders will be cancelled and a store credit will be issued.


      ORDERS PLACED ON THE WEEKEND AND HOLIDAYS WILL BE CONFIRMED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY


      PLEASE NOTE: In-store pickup is not available on holidays or peak days. Not available on select products such as clearance, beauty offers and online only promotions/gifts.


      RETURNS


      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

      ORDER TRACKING


      Once the order has been shipped we will send an email with tracking information. Click on the link to track your package. Please note it may take up to 48hrs for your tracking number to be activated after your order has been processed.
