Can I use my BWB points in-store and online?

Yes — BWB Points are valid for redemption both in-store at any Zennkai location across Metro Vancouver and online at zennkai.com. Note that in-store and online accounts are tracked separately. Contact us at zennkai@megahairfamily.com to have your points merged onto one account.

What's the minimum purchase needed to redeem points?

You can redeem BWB Points on any purchase of $40 or more before tax. Points cannot be combined with another promotional offer and are not redeemable for cash or salon services.

How does the birthday gift work?

Members receive a complimentary gift valued at up to $20 during their birthday month by visiting any Zennkai location in Metro Vancouver in-store. The birthday gift is not available online and may vary based on availability.

How do I earn 50 points for writing a review?

After purchasing a product, log into your Zennkai account and submit a verified review on the product page at zennkai.com. You will earn 50 BWB Points per review. This bonus is available online only.

How does the referral program work?

Refer a friend using your unique referral code and both you and your friend receive 10% off your next retail purchase of regular-priced products. The referral code cannot be combined with any other offer. Available online only at zennkai.com.

What salon service loyalty rewards are available?

Book four haircut appointments at any Zennkai salon and receive a complimentary hair treatment on your fifth visit. Book four highlighting services and receive 25% off your fifth highlights appointment. Both rewards are tracked in-store.
