Gym bag essentials we cannot live without
Early morning work outs are the best - especially in the summer time. Getting up early, knocking out a good work out, then have the rest of the day to enjoy the beautiful sunshine (fingers crossed our summer has as nice weather as our May long weekend)! Only con about morning workouts...who has time to get ready afterwards? These products NEVER leave my gym bag, as I am sure they would never leave yours! Now I think I have mentioned this dry shampoo in another post but it is just too good not to mention again. I cannot go a day without using this!! Coming from someone who gets greasy hair after 1 day, it is the only dry shampoo I have found that actually absorbs all oils and allows me to have 2nd or 3rd day hair! Life saver.

Honestly - this is one of the best sea sprays on the market right now and at a fraction on the price!
