RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed
RETURNING TO A ZENNKAI SALON LOCATION
Should you prefer to return your online purchases to a location near you, come visit us! Simply bring your items and proof of purchase to our salons, following our set out Exchange Policy.

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

What It Is
The Relaxus LED Light Therapy Face Massager combines multi-colour LED light technology with soft vibration and optional gentle heat for a spa-inspired skincare experience at home. With 7 light modes and 3 operating modes, each session can be tailored to your skin's needs.

What Else You Need to Know
Use on freshly cleansed, dry skin. Avoid oil-based products and strong actives (acids, retinoids) before each session. Move the device in upward and outward motions over the face and neck. Do not use on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin. Avoid direct eye exposure to LED lights — protective eyewear recommended for sensitive eyes. Not recommended for use during pregnancy, or for individuals with epilepsy or photosensitizing medications. Charge using the included USB cable only — do not use fast charging blocks. Flashing red light = charging; solid red light = fully charged.
How to Use
Cleanse and dry face. Press the power button to turn on. Short press to cycle through LED colour modes. Gently move the device over the face and neck in upward and outward motions for 10–20 minutes. Do not rinse. Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth after use.
