RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed
RETURNING TO A ZENNKAI SALON LOCATION
Should you prefer to return your online purchases to a location near you, come visit us! Simply bring your items and proof of purchase to our salons, following our set out Exchange Policy.

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Shipping

The Relaxus Beauty LED Light Therapy Face Mask is a UV-free, non-invasive skincare device designed to support healthier-looking, more radiant skin at home. Seven targeted LED colour modes deliver even light coverage across the face to help refresh dull, tired-looking skin and promote a more balanced, toned appearance.

What Else You Need to Know
Always begin with freshly cleansed, dry skin and avoid strong actives such as retinoids or exfoliants immediately before use. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on — two beeps and a green indicator light confirm the mask is ready. Tap once to cycle through colour modes; on the eighth tap, the mask enters automatic colour-cycling mode. Keep eyes closed throughout each session and avoid looking directly at the LED lights. If you have sensitive eyes, use a cotton pad or eye mask for additional protection.
How to Use
Cleanse and dry face. Press and hold the power button 3 seconds to turn on (two beeps + green light = ready). Tap to cycle through the 7 LED colour modes — eighth tap activates automatic colour-cycling. Adjust straps for a secure fit. Relax with eyes closed for 10–20 minutes. Press and hold 3 seconds to turn off. Use up to 3 times per day.
