RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Shine Elixir is an anhydrous (water-free) hair oil — a pure oil and silicone formula with no aqueous phase. The absence of water means every ingredient is a functional active rather than a diluting carrier, delivering a higher concentration of shine, nourishment, and protective properties per pump than emulsion-based oils can achieve.
Cyclopentasiloxane is the primary carrier — a volatile cyclic silicone that distributes the oil complex evenly through the hair and then evaporates completely, leaving behind the shine and nourishing actives without any silicone residue. This is the mechanism behind the formula's characteristic "feels like nothing, looks like everything" finish: the carrier does its job and disappears, the shine and conditioning remain.
Trimethylsiloxyphenyl Dimethicone is the formula's most distinctive ingredient — a phenyl-modified silicone that provides an exceptionally high refractive index. Where standard dimethicone produces a surface gloss, Trimethylsiloxyphenyl Dimethicone creates a deeper, more luminous shine by bending light at a different angle — closer to the natural shine of healthy, virgin hair than a simple silicone coating can produce.
