You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.

To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed
RETURNING TO A ZENNKAI SALON LOCATION
Should you prefer to return your online purchases to a location near you, come visit us! Simply bring your items and proof of purchase to our salons, following our set out Exchange Policy.

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Shipping

The natural powers in organic rosemary, sage and fioravanti balm extract purifies hair while increasing the supply of nutrients and strengthening the hair. The blend of botanical extracts and special conditioners invigorates the hair stem and gives softness. Panthenol provides more density to the hair, and essential oils and eucalyptus instil a pleasant energizing feeling, leaving the scalp refreshed.

KEY INGREDIENTS & BENEFITS
- Organic rosemary, known for its energizing properties, helps natural hair growth and promote the oxygenation of tissues. Has a tonic, antiseptic and purifying effect.
- Organic sage, has deodorizing functions.
- Fioravanti balm, a potion obtained from 10 different plants that all have unique refreshing, stimulating and toning properties.
- Glycerin extract of arnica and natural camphor, to stimulate micro-circulation with an invigorating effect.
- Hydrolyzed rice proteins for protection, and to restructure the hair stem.
- Panthenol pro vitamin B5, for a densifying, hydrating and conditioning action.
HOW TO USE: Apply to the scalp. Gently massage in for a few minutes while applying a slight pressure using the fingertips and palms in a circular motion to enhance micro-circulation. Do not rinse and proceed with styling. It is advised to use the treatment lotion twice a week for four weeks, then once a week as a maintaining treatment. For an intensive treatment, use once a day.
