RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Energizing Blend Scalp Treatment is formulated for fine, thinning, and fragile hair, built around organic Rosemary, Sage, and Fioravanti Balm Extract, obtained from 10 different plants known for their refreshing, stimulating, and toning properties. Organic Rosemary is included for its purifying effect that helps stimulate healthy hair growth, while Sage contributes anti-inflammatory and deodorizing benefits.
Glycerin Extract of Arnica and natural Camphor work to stimulate microcirculation with an invigorating effect, while Hydrolyzed Rice Proteins help protect and restructure the hair stem. Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5) rounds out the formula with a densifying, hydrating, and conditioning action.
Designed as an at-home scalp treatment, this leave-in lotion is applied directly to the scalp and massaged in with circular motions to enhance microcirculation, best used twice a week alongside Energizing Blend Shampoo and Conditioner.
