RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

L'ANZA Healing Style Design Foam resolves that tension with a rich, creamy foam formula that delivers flexible hold and genuine body without hardness, crunch, or the humidity-driven frizz rebound that undoes a blowout before lunch.
Design Foam is built around L'ANZA's Cactus Protecting Complex, a proprietary heat-protection and moisture-restoration system anchored by Cereus Grandiflorus (Cactus) Flower Extract — the same Polynesian botanical that appears across the L'ANZA Healing Style line. Cactus Flower Extract is rich in moisture-binding compounds that protect against heat damage during blow-drying and styling while restoring essential hydration to the finished style, preventing the dry brittleness that aerosol styling products often cause.
Polyquaternium-11 and VP/VA Copolymer provide the hold and body structure. Polyquaternium-11 is a conditioning film-forming polymer that coats the hair shaft with a flexible, humidity-resistant layer — creating lift and body while keeping the style moveable and touchably soft rather than rigid. VP/VA Copolymer adds the longer-lasting shape memory that maintains volume through the day. Together they produce a hold that flexes with movement rather than cracking under it.
Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter delivers rich emollient moisture that prevents the foam from drying the shaft during styling — critical for coloured or chemically treated hair where additional desiccation compounds existing fragility. Myrciaria Dubia Fruit Extract (Camu Camu) is exceptionally high in Vitamin C, providing antioxidant protection against environmental oxidative stress during and after styling. Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract (Chamomile) soothes and brightens, particularly effective on blonde or highlighted hair where warmth and luminosity are styling goals. Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract stimulates scalp circulation and contributes to the formula's overall conditioning profile.
Hydrolyzed Pea Protein and Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein deposit into micro-fractures on the hair shaft during application, reinforcing tensile strength and building cumulative resilience with repeated use. Sodium PCA acts as a humectant to maintain moisture balance through the hold. Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate is a natural antimicrobial derived from fermented radish root, supporting scalp health and formula preservation without synthetic antimicrobials.
