You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

L'ANZA Healing Moisture Shampoo is built differently: a creamy, sulfate-free formula that cleanses thoroughly without stripping, so the hair arrives at the conditioning step with something left to work with.
L'ANZA Healing Moisture Shampoo is built around the Kukui Hydrating Complex — the same proprietary Polynesian botanical system that powers the Moi Moi Hair Masque — adapted here for a cleansing formula that delivers hydration during the wash step rather than after it.
Kukui Nut Oil (Aleurites Moluccanus Seed Oil) provides lightweight, fast-penetrating fatty acid emollients that replenish the hair's lipid layer during cleansing rather than stripping it. Marula Seed Oil (Calophyllum Inophyllum Seed Oil) restores surface smoothness and softness, particularly effective on coarse or structurally compromised strands. Macadamia Seed Oil contributes a supporting fatty acid profile for cuticle integrity and manageability.
The surfactant system — Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Sodium Lauroyl Methyl Isethionate, and Cocamidopropyl Betaine — is sulfate-free, producing the luxurious creamy lather the formula is known for without the aggressive stripping of SLS or SLES. Entada Phaseoloides Bark/Seed Extract (sea bean, a Polynesian botanical) provides additional moisture-binding and protective properties. Sodium Hyaluronate draws and holds water in the hair shaft throughout the cleanse. The PCA Mineral Complex (Sodium, Magnesium, Zinc, Manganese PCA) regulates the hair's natural moisture factor, maintaining hydration between washes. Hydrolyzed Vegetable and Pea Protein deposit into surface micro-fractures during cleansing, improving tensile strength and reducing breakage over time. Hydrolyzed Algin (derived from seaweed) provides additional moisture-sealing and conditioning.
