RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

The It's a 10 Miracle Daily Conditioner is designed for exactly that: rich enough to genuinely condition dry, damaged, or colour-treated hair in 2–5 minutes, and clean enough to use every day without the progressive heaviness that overtakes most conditioners by the third or fourth wash. A lifeline for compromised hair that doesn't require a rotation.
Mechanism Miracle Daily Conditioner uses a rich cationic conditioning base loaded with a notable number of active botanicals and proteins — a formulation depth unusual for a product positioned as a daily rinse-out conditioner.
Keratin Amino Acids are the formula's structural repair active — the exact protein building blocks that make up the hair shaft. When chemical processing, heat styling, or environmental exposure degrades the hair's keratin matrix, depositing keratin amino acids during the conditioning step helps replenish that structural foundation, improving tensile strength and reducing the breakage and brittleness that define damaged or over-processed hair. Silk Amino Acids complement the keratin by restoring the natural moisture balance and adding the lightweight strength and shine that makes conditioned hair look healthy rather than just coated.
Cetyl Alcohol and Cetrimonium Chloride form the cationic conditioning base — Didecyldimonium Chloride provides additional targeted conditioning deposition at damaged cuticle points where charge imbalance is greatest. Cyclopentasiloxane and Amodimethicone deliver the formula's silicone smoothing and shine, providing surface finishing alongside the deeper protein repair.
Argania Spinosa (Argan) Kernel Oil delivers emollient conditioning and shine at the cuticle surface. Linum Usitatissimum (Linseed) Seed Oil provides Omega-3 fatty acid support. Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Oil adds additional emollient richness. Squalane delivers ultra-lightweight skin-mimicking conditioning. The extensive botanical complex — Aloe Barbadensis, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger), Morinda Citrifolia (Noni), Moringa Oleifera, Punica Granatum (Pomegranate), Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower), Aspalathus Linearis (Rooibos), Symphytum Officinale (Comfrey), Hydrolyzed Hibiscus Esculentus, Colocasia Antiquorum Root Extract — provides the formula's antioxidant, nourishing, and scalp-soothing depth that distinguishes it from standard cationic conditioners. Sodium PCA is a natural moisturising factor component that maintains moisture balance within the conditioned shaft. Sorbitol and Glycerin provide additional humectant support.
