ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Dry hair and dehydrated hair aren't the same problem. Dry hair lacks oil; dehydrated hair lacks water — and most shampoos make the second worse while treating the first. If your hair feels brittle, dull, or drinks up product without staying soft, dehydration is likely the root cause. MOMO Shampoo is built specifically for that gap.
MOMO uses a gel-texture, sulfate-free formula that produces a lightweight creamy foam — dense enough to cleanse thoroughly, light enough not to strip the moisture the hair shaft is already struggling to retain. The active ingredient is Paceco Cartucciaru Yellow Melon Extract, a Slow Food Presidium–certified ingredient grown on the farm of Mrs. Francesca Simonte in Dattilo, Trapani, Sicily. Cartucciaru melon is exceptionally high in water content and carries Vitamins A and C, potassium, phosphorus, and zinc — a micronutrient profile that directly supports lasting cortex hydration rather than surface coating. Supporting that is Panthenol (provitamin B5), which penetrates the hair shaft and binds moisture at the structural level, and Sodium PCA, a natural humectant that draws and holds water within the hair fibre.
The result is hair that comes out of the wash soft and manageable — not coated, not weighed down, not reliant on heavy conditioner to feel normal.
Metro Vancouver note: Hard water mineral deposits create a physical barrier on the hair shaft that blocks moisture absorption — meaning hydrating products work less effectively on hair with active buildup.
