You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.

To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

A shampoo and conditioner routine closes the cuticle and removes frizz triggers at the wash step. The Serum is where the work gets locked in for the day. LOVE Smoothing Serum is a lightweight leave-in that applies to towel-dried hair after washing — sealing moisture into the hair shaft, smoothing the cuticle surface for pre-styling prep, and providing a 72-hour humidity-resistant frizz barrier that holds through the environment rather than relying on hold products to suppress what it can't address structurally.
LOVE Smoothing Serum is built around Regenerative Organic Certified™ Apple Pulp Extract (Pyrus Malus Fruit Extract) — sourced from Mr. Francesco Querzola's farm in Borgo Val di Taro, Parma, Italy. Apple pulp is naturally dense in polysaccharides and antioxidants. The polysaccharides form a flexible, moisture-locking film on the hair shaft that prevents the differential moisture exchange between the hair fibre and the surrounding atmosphere — the physical process that causes cuticle swelling and frizz in humid conditions. By maintaining the hair's internal moisture balance, the film reduces the driving force for frizz, delivering measurable smoothing results rather than just surface coating.
The antioxidants in the Apple Pulp Extract protect the hair's structural proteins from oxidative degradation that progressively worsens frizz and unruliness — particularly relevant for colour-treated or repeatedly heat-styled coarse hair.
Polyquaternium-55 provides the formula's flexible frizz-control film — a cationic polymer that coats the hair shaft with a humidity-resistant layer that keeps the cuticle lying flat under environmental pressure. Unlike heavier silicone-based smoothing agents, this polymer flexes with the hair's natural movement without stiffness or buildup. Dimethicone smooths the cuticle surface for immediate shine and reduces surface friction during combing and styling. Panthenol (provitamin B5) penetrates the cortex and binds moisture structurally, improving elasticity and reducing the brittleness that contributes to flyaways on coarse hair. Glycerin provides additional humectant moisture retention at the surface. Benzotriazolyl Dodecyl P-Cresol provides UV protection at the hair shaft level.
The formula is a lightweight, fluid serum — not a cream, not a gel. It disperses through thick, coarse, or frizzy hair without clumping or weighing it down, and the fragrance profile opens with zesty citrus and delicate florals before settling into a smooth musky base.

Who It's For Thick, coarse, or frizzy hair of any length. The lightweight serum texture is suitable for medium hair as well — use fewer pumps (2–3) on medium density, 4–6 on thick or coarse. Not recommended for very fine hair where even lightweight serums can over-soften at the root. Colour-safe and suitable for heat-styled and chemically treated coarse or frizzy hair.
