You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. Does this gel work if I air-dry instead of blowdry?
The formula is heat-activated — blowdrying is what triggers the VP/VA Copolymer to expand and create the volume structure. Air-drying will still provide some hold, but the 94% volume increase and full heat-activated lift require blowdry heat to develop.
Is this gel safe for color-treated hair?
Yes — it is formulated without sulfates and is color-safe. It does contain Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, which is not suitable for those with wheat or gluten sensitivities, so check the full ingredient list if this is a concern.
