RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Shipping

L'ANZA Healing Strength White Tea Shampoo deposits Keratin Amino Acids, Dimethiconol Cysteine, and the quad-mineral CP Anti-Aging Complex during every wash to rebuild and reinforce weakened, brittle, or chemically damaged hair. Stronger, shinier, more resilient — starting at the shampoo step.
Healing Strength White Tea Shampoo is built on L'ANZA's Keratin Healing System and CP Anti-Aging Complex — two proprietary active systems working simultaneously at the cleanse step.
Dimethiconol Cysteine is the formula's most distinctive active — a silicone-cysteine conjugate that deposits at the hair surface while reinforcing the disulfide bonds in the keratin chain. Cysteine is the sulphur-bearing amino acid that forms those bonds — the crosslinks degraded by bleaching, colouring, perming, and relaxing that cause structural weakness and breakage. The silicone carrier ensures deposit at the surface; the Cysteine addresses the underlying bond integrity. Keratin Amino Acids reinforce the protein matrix directly. Together they build cumulative strength with each wash.
Camellia Sinensis (White Tea) Leaf Extract delivers the formula's antioxidant protection — harvested from the youngest tea buds at peak polyphenol concentration, it neutralises the free radicals that drive protein degradation and premature hair aging. Entada Phaseoloides Bark/Seed Extract provides deep, gentle scalp cleansing without stripping vital oils.
The CP Anti-Aging Complex — Sodium, Magnesium, Zinc, and Manganese PCA — is a quad-mineral Natural Moisturising Factor system that maintains the scalp's moisture environment through the wash. Sodium Hyaluronate adds surface moisture binding. Sodium Benzotriazolyl Butylphenol Sulfonate provides UV protection for structural proteins and colour.
