You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.

To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

MELU Anti-Breakage Spray is built around Regenerative Organic Certified™ Black Chickpea Extract (Hydrolyzed Cicer Seed Extract) — sourced from Mr. Gabriele Colla's farm in Parma, Italy. Black chickpea is unusually rich in polysaccharides and antioxidants. The polysaccharides form a flexible, protective film around the hair shaft that absorbs and distributes mechanical stress — reducing the micro-fractures caused by brushing, detangling, and heat styling that progressively weaken the fibre. The antioxidants preserve the hair's structural proteins (primarily keratin) against oxidative degradation — the process through which chemical processing, UV exposure, and urban pollution damage the hair's internal architecture over time.
Terephthalylidene Dicamphor Sulfonic Acid provides broad-spectrum UV protection — shielding the hair shaft from the UV-induced protein oxidation that causes colour fade and brittleness on both colour-treated and natural hair. Inulin (fructooligosaccharide, derived from chicory root) provides additional moisture-binding and film-forming properties that reinforce the chickpea extract's protective complex. Hydrolyzed Corn Starch contributes a lightweight conditioning and smoothing effect that improves manageability without adding weight — critical for long hair where product weight causes limp, flat results.
The formula is an ultra-light, invisible mist — applied to towel-dried hair and left in before heat styling. It does not build up, does not weigh hair down, and does not require rinsing.
