You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Olaplex No.3 Hair Perfector is Canada's most recommended at-home bond repair treatment — a weekly pre-shampoo mask that rebuilds the broken disulfide bonds inside the hair shaft caused by bleach, colour, heat styling, and chemical services, using the patented Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate molecule.
Olaplex works by finding and reconnecting broken disulfide bonds — the structural cross-links that hold the keratin chains in your hair in alignment. These bonds are what give hair its strength and resistance to breakage. Bleach and oxidative colour are the primary causes of bond damage. Applied before shampooing for a minimum of 10 minutes (30–45 minutes for severely damaged hair), No.3 progressively rebuilds bond integrity with each use. Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate — Olaplex's patented bond-building molecule. How to Use
1. Apply generously to damp hair before shampooing — roots to ends.
2. Leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes. For significantly damaged hair: 30–45 minutes or longer.

4. Follow with Olaplex No.4 Shampoo and No.5 Conditioner for best results.
5. Use once or twice weekly. Results build progressively — most clients notice significant improvement within 4–6 uses.
