RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)

In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

BODY.BUILDER is a volumising spray mousse delivered via aerosol — applied as a fine mist to damp hair rather than pumped from a traditional mousse dispenser. This delivery method distributes the formula more evenly through the hair section than hand-dispensed foam, creating a more consistent body-building deposit from root to tip.
VP/VA Copolymer and Polyquaternium-11 form KEVIN.MURPHY's proprietary 'memory hold' resin system — the core of the formula's performance. VP/VA Copolymer is a flexible vinyl hold resin that sets around the hair's styled shape as it dries and holds the volume pattern through movement. Polyquaternium-11 is a cationic cellulose-derived conditioning polymer that equalises structural charge across the hair shaft — reducing static, improving combability during blow-drying, and delivering the anti-static, body-building properties that make the finished result feel like lifted, healthy hair rather than product-coated hair.
The critical characteristic of the memory hold system is its flexibility — the polymers set around the curl or wave or volume shape without becoming rigid.
