RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Chondrus Crispus Extract (Irish Sea Moss) is a seaweed-derived humectant that forms a lightweight moisture-binding film on the hair shaft. Rich in polysaccharides, minerals, and amino acids, Irish Sea Moss draws water into the hair shaft and holds it there through the wash — preventing the net moisture loss that most shampoos cause. It also contributes to the smooth, silky feel at rinse-out that distinguishes this formula from a standard clarifying wash.
Spirulina Platensis Extract (blue-green algae) is dense in proteins, vitamins, and antioxidants including Vitamin B12, iron, and beta-carotene. Hydroxypropyl Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride (conditioning guar) adds slip and surface smoothness. Dimethicone provides cuticle-smoothing and shine at rinse-out.
The surfactant system — Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate and Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine — is a milder, sulfate-free alternative to SLS/SLES that produces a rich lather without aggressive stripping, making it well-suited for dry or colour-treated hair that needs daily washing without cumulative desiccation.
