You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.

To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)

In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Extremely dry, brittle hair has lost more than moisture — it's lost the lipid layer and structural proteins that allow the hair shaft to hold water in the first place. Standard conditioners replenish the surface. The Moi Moi Hair Masque works deeper, using a proprietary Polynesian botanical complex to restore the moisture reservoirs inside the cortex and rebuild the softness that surface-level products can't reach.
L'ANZA Healing Moisture Moi Moi Hair Masque is built around the Kukui Hydrating Complex — a proprietary blend of Polynesian and tropical botanicals that delivers rich, long-lasting hydration without weight.
Kukui Nut Oil (Aleurites Moluccanus Seed Oil) is the primary emollient, delivering lightweight fatty acids that penetrate the hair shaft and restore the lipid layer stripped by heat, chemical processing, or environmental stress. Unlike heavier oils that coat the surface, Kukui penetrates rapidly and leaves hair soft and moveable rather than weighed down.
Marula Seed Oil (Calophyllum Inophyllum Seed Oil) restores softness and surface smoothness — particularly effective on coarse or structurally compromised hair that has lost its natural shine response.
Coconut Oil and Macadamia Seed Oil support the lipid replenishment complex with their own complementary fatty acid profiles, reinforcing cuticle integrity and adding slip for detangling.
Gardenia Taitensis Flower Extract and Cereus Grandiflorus (Cactus) Flower Extract — both Polynesian botanicals — provide the antioxidant protection and moisture-sealing properties that give the Healing Moisture line its identity.
Sodium Hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid) draws and binds water within the cortex, providing long-lasting internal hydration beyond the surface coating. Sodium PCA, Magnesium PCA, Zinc PCA, and Manganese PCA form a mineral PCA complex that regulates the hair's natural moisture factor — maintaining hydration between treatments rather than requiring constant reapplication. Ceramide NP restores the lipid barrier at the cuticle level, sealing the hydration delivered by the treatment. Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein and Hydrolyzed Pea Protein fill micro-fractures in the cortex left by chemical or mechanical damage, improving tensile strength and reducing breakage.
The combined result: 92% softer hair (per L'ANZA clinical testing), with hydration that lasts through subsequent washes rather than washing out immediately.
Metro Vancouver note: Hard water mineral deposits block moisture absorption at the cuticle level — meaning even a rich masque like Moi Moi will underperform on hair with active mineral buildup.
