RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Shipping

HYDRATE-ME.RINSE is built around the same antioxidant botanical complex as HYDRATE-ME.WASH — but where the WASH delivers that complex during cleansing, the RINSE delivers it on open, receptive hair that has just been cleansed, maximising absorption and conditioning effect.
Terminalia Ferdinandiana (Kakadu Plum) Fruit Extract — the highest known natural Vitamin C concentration of any plant — smooths the cuticle surface to lock in the moisture the conditioning system is about to deliver, and neutralises the free radicals that progressively degrade the hair's structural proteins and natural glow. Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter delivers the primary emollient moisture, absorbing rapidly from root to tip without clogging the cuticle. Oenothera Biennis (Evening Primrose) Oil provides Omega-6 fatty acids and hydrophilic phospholipids that hold moisture within the hair shaft after rinsing.
The conditioning base is built for thorough deposition on dry, parched hair: Behentrimonium Chloride and Stearalkonium Chloride are cationic conditioning agents that are attracted to the negatively charged surface of damaged and dry hair — depositing at precisely the points of greatest need and providing the slip, detangling, and cuticle-smoothing that make dry hair manageable and shiny after conditioning. Cetearyl Alcohol and Stearyl Alcohol provide the emollient richness and creamy texture of the formula. Amodimethicone and Silicone Quaternium-18 deliver targeted surface smoothing and shine enhancement without the heavy buildup of standard dimethicone. Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride and Polyquaternium-7 provide additional anti-static conditioning and manageability.
Jojoba Esters are highlighted by KEVIN.MURPHY as a key active in this formula specifically for their role in split-end prevention: an excellent emollient that makes hair more resilient to tangles, prevents mechanical damage, and improves the appearance of split ends — the visible hallmark of severely dry or brittle hair.
The full vitamin complex — Panthenol, Biotin, Vitamins B6, C, and E — continues the antioxidant and structural support delivered in the WASH step, with Undaria Pinnatifida (Wakame), Centella Asiatica, Arctium Lappa (Burdock), and Rosa Canina (Rosehip) providing the supporting botanical reinforcement.
