You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Acerola Fruit Extract (Malpighia Glabra) adds a secondary antioxidant layer rich in Vitamin C, while Dilinoleic Acid/Butanediol Copolymer and Niacinamide work together on hair structure — sealing the cuticle to trap colour molecules inside the cortex, reducing the mechanical fade that occurs with every wash. The mask replaces the MINU Conditioner in the routine on wash days when a deeper treatment is preferred — use one or the other, not both in the same wash. The 30-second leave-in time is Davines' recommended minimum.

Should I use the MINU Mask instead of the MINU Conditioner, or both?
Use one or the other in the same wash — not both. The mask is a more intensive treatment recommended when hair needs extra nourishment or after a colour service. The conditioner is a lighter, faster daily option for regular wash days.
