RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Should you prefer to return your online purchases to a location near you, come visit us! Simply bring your items and proof of purchase to our salons, following our set out Exchange Policy.

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Shipping

LOVE Smoothing Conditioner uses a sulfate-free, paraben-free cream formula designed to deposit rather than strip — working on damp hair after cleansing to replenish what the wash step removed. The active ingredient is Minuta Olive Extract, a Slow Food Presidium–certified ingredient from Mr. Carmelo Messina's farm in Ficarra, Messina, Italy. Dense in fatty acids and Vitamin E, Minuta olive works at the cuticle level to restore the lipid envelope, reduce surface friction, and rebuild elasticity. Behentrimonium Chloride provides detangling and smoothing action by positively charging the hair surface, neutralising static and allowing cuticle scales to align. Panthenol (provitamin B5) penetrates the cortex and binds moisture, extending the conditioning effect beyond the rinse.
Metro Vancouver note: Coastal humidity is the primary driver of post-styling frizz rebound. Replenishing the cuticle's lipid layer with each wash — rather than relying on hold products to suppress the symptom — is the more durable fix for humidity-reactive hair.
