ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

A standard conditioner hydrates the surface. NOUNOU works deeper, targeting the cortex where the structural damage actually lives.
NOUNOU Conditioner uses a rich, cream formula designed for highly processed, chemically treated, or mechanically damaged hair where standard conditioning isn't enough. The active ingredient is Tomato Extract (Pachino IGP), sourced from the Slow Food Presidia farm network in Pachino, Sicily — a variety prized for its exceptionally high concentration of lycopene, Vitamins C and E, and amino acids. These compounds work together to reinforce weakened keratin bonds, restore cortex integrity, and replenish the lipid layer stripped by chemical processing. Behentrimonium Chloride and Cetearyl Alcohol deliver the slip and detangling action that makes severely damaged hair — which tends to tangle and snap under mechanical stress — manageable to comb without breakage. Panthenol penetrates the shaft and binds moisture at the structural level, extending softness beyond the rinse.
The formula is intentionally richer than everyday conditioners — designed for hair that needs restoration, not just maintenance. Fine hair that has been heavily processed will benefit from applying to lengths and ends only, avoiding the roots.
Metro Vancouver note: Hard water calcium deposits accelerate surface damage on chemically treated hair by roughening the cuticle and increasing porosity. If colour-treated hair is fading faster than expected or feeling progressively more brittle, mineral buildup is often a compounding factor.
