ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

RETURNING TO A ZENNKAI SALON LOCATION
Should you prefer to return your online purchases to a location near you, come visit us! Simply bring your items and proof of purchase to our salons, following our set out Exchange Policy.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will EXCHANGE it within 10 days with proof of purchase. EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO CASH REFUNDS.

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Bain Riche Chroma Respect is a rich, nourishing and protective sulfate-free shampoo for colored hair. This hydrating shampoo for colored hair cleanses and nourishes hair while preserving hair color from fading away or discoloring. Enriched with Lactic Acid and Centella Asiatica, this shampoo helps to seal hair fiber porosity, smoothing the surface for maximum color retention and less color induced frizz. Hair is 95% more nourished, stronger and reflecting 65% more brilliant bright shine. Hair fiber so healthy that 92% of color intensity is preserved after 6 weeks. HOW TO USE:
1. Wet hair.
2. Thoroughly remove excess water before applying a quarter-sized amount of shampoo.
3. Add water and emulsify.
4. Massage the scalp using finger tips to wash and remove impurities.
5. Rinse thoroughly.
6. Apply a second quarter-sized amount of shampoo touch by touch and add water. The second lather will produce a more abundant foam which will help cleanse lengths all the way to the ends.
7. Rinse thoroughly.
8. Follow with a Chroma Absolu Fondant, Masque or Soin Acide.
