RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed
RETURNING TO A ZENNKAI SALON LOCATION
Should you prefer to return your online purchases to a location near you, come visit us! Simply bring your items and proof of purchase to our salons, following our set out Exchange Policy.

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Shipping

This firming serum is a skin care workout for your neck and décolleté. Rye Seed Extract works with novel Palmitoyl Tripeptide-42 and Rambutan Extract to deliver Retinol-like results, visibly smoothing, firming and toning skin. Flex Lift Contour Technology provides a visible lifting and tightening effect, smoothes fine lines and helps protect skin against pollution, which can lead to premature signs of skin aging. A Resurrection Plant-inspired polysaccharide helps strengthen skin's moisture barrier for a smooth, even appearance. Griffonia Seed Extract provides antioxidant defense to help safeguard results against free radicals.

HOW TO USE: Turn applicator ON. Tilt chin up and roll applicator over entire neck, from the décolleté up to the jawline. Gently squeeze tube to dispense a thin layer of serum while rolling. Return the applicator to the OFF position and continue rolling it in an upward motion over skin to massage in the serum. Keep chin up until serum dries. Then apply your recommended Dermalogica moisturizer, if needed. Use this serum morning and night.
