RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.Â
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
        - your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
        - your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
        - your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.Â

Fanola No Yellow is more heavily pigmented than almost anything else on the shelf — the lather itself turns violet — and that intensity is the whole point: it neutralises yellow reflections left behind by bleaching, lightening and time, on blonde, super-lightened, streaked and grey hair.

What Else You Need to Know
A serious word on timing, because this pigment is stronger than most people expect: porous, bleached or very light hair grabs violet fast and can turn lilac or grey if you leave it on too long. Start at one minute, rinse, and see what you have — you can always tone more, you cannot easily undo an over-tone. If you are maintaining platinum or silver, come in and we'll set a routine with you. Note the classic No Yellow formula contains silk protein and is not vegan. Also available in a 1L professional size. Authorized Fanola retailer.

How to Use
Wear gloves — this pigment stains skin. Apply to wet hair and leave on for 1 to 5 minutes depending on how much toning you want and how porous your hair is. Start at 1 minute the first time. Rinse, lather, and rinse again. Repeat if necessary. Follow with a nourishing conditioner or the No Yellow Mask. Use once a week, alternating with your regular shampoo.
