RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

REF Stockholm Intense Hydrate Conditioner is the core daily step of the Intense Hydrate collection: a rich, multi-oil formula built around Organic Coconut Oil and Bergamot Oil that drenches dry, brittle hair with deep moisture, restores softness and shine, and leaves hair supple and tangle-free in 3–10 minutes. The final step in the washing routine — and the step that determines how the hair looks and feels for the rest of the day.
Intense Hydrate Conditioner uses a sophisticated conditioning base with a multi-oil emollient complex that makes it distinctly richer than a standard rinse-out conditioner.
Behentrimonium Chloride is the primary cationic conditioning agent — a long-chain fatty acid quaternary that deposits at damaged cuticle points with high affinity for dry and brittle hair, providing the targeted slip, detangling, and cuticle-smoothing that transforms unmanageable hair at rinse-out. Cetrimonium Chloride provides complementary cationic conditioning deposition at finer damage points. Cetearyl Alcohol forms the emollient base that delivers the conditioner's rich, creamy texture.
Amodimethicone provides targeted silicone smoothing and shine at cuticle damage points. Bis(C13-15 Alkoxy) PG-Amodimethicone is the formula's most sophisticated silicone — a water-compatible amodimethicone with C13-15 alkoxy chains that allows it to distribute more evenly through wet hair during rinse-out application than standard amodimethicone, delivering more consistent smoothing and shine across the full hair length rather than concentrating at the most damaged points only. Cetyl Esters provide the characteristic silky feel of the formula — a waxy conditioning ester that coats the hair surface with a smooth, non-greasy film that amplifies the conditioner's slip and manageability effect.
