RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Should you prefer to return your online purchases to a location near you, come visit us! Simply bring your items and proof of purchase to our salons, following our set out Exchange Policy.

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Shipping

Redken Color Extend Blondage is the professional purple shampoo for blonde, highlighted, bleached, and silver hair — formulated with ultra-violet pigment that deposits on the hair shaft with every wash to counteract yellow and brassy tones, keeping colour cooler, brighter, and salon-fresh between appointments.
Brassiness in blonde hair is caused by the warm undertones in the hair's natural pigment becoming exposed as toner fades — an inevitable process accelerated by heat, UV exposure, and hard water minerals. Blondage counters this with direct ultra-violet pigment deposition. It works on the colour wheel principle: purple neutralizes yellow, keeping blonde cool-toned. The Redken Color Extend technology also provides colour-protective antioxidants that reduce future fade. Use in rotation with a regular shampoo — 1–2 times per week is typical for maintaining cool blonde tones.
