RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Most pomades make you choose: hold or easy removal. Oil-based formulas deliver strong hold but require multiple washes to remove. Water-based formulas are easy to wash out but often sacrifice shine and lasting hold. Moroccanoil Sculpting Pomade resolves that trade-off — a water-based formula enriched with argan oil that delivers all-day hold and a sleek, high-shine finish that doesn't stiffen, doesn't build up, and rinses clean in a single shower. The control and polish of a classic pomade without the residue and removal struggle.
Sculpting Pomade is a water-based, silicone-free styling formula that achieves its hold and shine through an emulsifier system rather than the oil or wax-based matrix of traditional pomades.
Ceteareth-20 is the primary emulsifier — an ethoxylated fatty alcohol that forms the water-based formula's structure by creating stable oil-in-water micelles. In a pomade context, this allows the formula to deliver a smooth, spreadable texture that distributes evenly through the hair while remaining water-soluble, which is the mechanism behind the easy rinse-out performance. PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate and Polysorbate 20 provide additional emulsification and contribute to the formula's silky, non-greasy skin feel on the palms during application. Propylene Glycol provides humectancy — drawing moisture into the hair shaft to prevent the dehydrating effect that strong-hold products can cause with prolonged wear.
Argania Spinosa (Argan) Kernel Oil — Moroccanoil's signature ingredient — provides the formula's conditioning and shine contribution. Even at a low concentration in a styling product, argan oil's oleic and linoleic acid content delivers a fine emollient coating at the cuticle surface that amplifies the light reflection responsible for the high-shine finish. It also prevents the brittleness that purely polymer-based styling formulas can leave after extended wear.
Mica and CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide) are the formula's optical brightening agents — finely milled mineral pigments that scatter light evenly across the hair surface, creating the luminous, polished shine that is the formula's defining visual result. This combination delivers a brighter, more multidimensional shine than a silicone gloss alone.
Eucalyptus Globulus Oil, Lavandula (Lavender) Oil/Extract, and Mentha Viridis (Spearmint) Leaf Oil provide the formula's fresh, aromatic fragrance profile — a distinctly herbal, clean scent that distinguishes Sculpting Pomade from the heavier fragrances typical of traditional pomades.
