RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 10 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Final Sale items include Litres, Litre Duos, Clearance, Last Chance, Hot Tools, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, and Appliances.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- your item(s) must be either be unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.
- your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)
STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card
In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed
RETURNING TO A ZENNKAI SALON LOCATION
Should you prefer to return your online purchases to a location near you, come visit us! Simply bring your items and proof of purchase to our salons, following our set out Exchange Policy.

Hair Tools & Appliances
Zennkai provides a 1 year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.
All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit.
Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Shipping

Fanola Wonder No Yellow Mask is designed for blonde, super-lightened, bleached, or grey hair. This mask is formulated with violet pigment to further reduce undesirable yellow tones while leaving hair with a cool tone, soft, shiny, and silky.
Environmental factors such as sun, pollution, technical treatments, and styling tools can compromise the shine and tone of blonde hair, causing it to turn yellowish over time. The Wonder No Yellow Mask works to counteract these effects, sealing the hair's scales and amplifying the effectiveness of the anti-yellowing shampoo.
What It Is
Toning and conditioning in a single step, from Fanola's reformulated Wonder line. Bleached and lightened hair is always two problems at once — brassy and dry — and a purple shampoo only addresses the first. This mask carries violet pigment (Acid Violet 43) in a rich conditioning base, so it reduces yellow while it deeply hydrates. Softer, cooler, shinier in one pass.

How to Use
Gloves on. After shampooing, apply to towel-dried hair through the lengths and ends, avoiding the roots if you want less toning there. Leave 3 to 5 minutes — less on very porous hair. Rinse thoroughly.
